Fall Favorites
Iβve officially declared fall my favorite season but deciding wasnβt easy. I love the transitional seasons because once the weather is ready to warm up or cool down, so am I. However! Something about fall feels so magical to me. The holidays, the changing colors of the leaves, the opportunity to harvest, retreat and reflect on the (hypothetical and literal) sprouted seeds planted earlier in the year.
Below are a few ways Iβll be intentionally moving through fall this year. Feel free to reply with some of your favorite fall practices! Iβd love to hear βem!
Tea me, please.
Tea me, please! Cooler weather is approaching, meaning; itβs almost hot tea season! Steeping herbs that correlate with the seasons and enjoying them for their healing properties and robust flavors has been one of the easiest ways to familiarize myself with herbalism. As we journey through the months of fall, continue to follow this newsletter for tea recommendations according to the zodiacal season.

Sometimes I just need quiet. If meditation is a practice in presence, this is my personal preferred way to meditate. While cooking, walking, driving- no podcast, no scrolling, no music. One thing at a time, allowing my thoughts to filter one by one without inputting new ones. A perfect practice for the more silent, still days of fall.
Hippie Witch.
I curated this playlist with autumn in mind but tbh Iβve been listening all summer. Moody, witchy, hippie, nostalgic is how I would describe it. The vibe is very fall- perfect for a rainy day at home or an intimate autumn inspired gathering with loved ones. Click here to listen on Spotify.
Photo of the week: Why donβt I take the train more often? I went to visit a friend in SF earlier this month and the train made it so effortless!
StarBody Report
Today, on the heels of eclipse season, we welcome Libra season and the fall equinox. The equinox is a day of equal amounts of day and night, so itβs no wonder Libra is the sign of balance and connection. I see this as a time to examine how we might maintain our relationships as the outdoor events die down and we retract inward- into our homes, hearts and thoughts.
More on Libra season as it unfolds. Til then, check out these stats!
