Venusian vibes will be swirling all Taurus season long and I love that for us. Venus, Taurus’ ruling planet, opens energy anchored in receptivity and pleasure. How well do you recieve love? Abundance? Beauty? Tis the season to indulge in such things unapologetically. Here’s how:
Eat peaches. 🍑
Yes, peaches. This delicioussss fruit (one of my favorites for sure) is ruled by the planet Venus, and therefore correlates with the sign of Taurus. Because Taurus is the sign of the senses, peaches are the perfect fruit to consume this zodiacal season.
For the ulitimate Taurean experience, start by picking up a peach and gently squeezing it. Stay present to how it feels. Is it soft? Fuzzy? How does it look? Take in the colors and shape. Smell it. Is it fragrant? Next, take a bite. Is it sweet? Juicy? Tangy?
The goal here is to make this a meditation of sorts and stay mindful to every part of what’s happening. Taurus loves luxury, so openly receive this simple yet luxurious practice in presence.
Rest, recover, recoup. 💤
“Work hard, rest hard” is Taurus’ motto. They are known as one of the most diligent signs of the zodiac and their work ethic is unmatched, but so is their love of rest and recovery. Replenishment isn’t just a necessity for them, it’s one of their greatest pleasures and every detail matters.
A cozy blanket with great texture. The right lighting. Temperature control. Taurus is thorough and deliberate in everything they do.
Make sure to support your shoulders while you RRR. A heated neck pillow or self massage tool would work just fine. Any attention paid to the shoulders, the part of the body Taurus governs, will go a long way.

Not comfortable receiving? Taurus is but that’s because they are also comfortable giving. Start with output if you feel undeserving of input.
Give love to receive love. Lend a helping hand before accepting one. Need money? Tip a little extra and watch it return times ten. Want to feel beautiful? Take the time to appreciate the beauty in others and in turn, you’ll begin to notice your own. The universe is merely a mirror after all.
