I’m back!
I’ve missed you! There was no Weekly Dose last week because (due to a glitch) I couldn’t add new photos, only ones I’ve previously uploaded. Same thing is happening this week but I’ve decided to move forward. This means no photo of the week, but hopefully things are back to normal in time for our Leo season photo dump! Fingers crossed. 🤞🏾

My why.
Part of the reason why I changed the name of my business is because I wanted something more aligned with the direction I’m taking. I want to do more than build a bodywork service based on your personal astrology. Although those treatments are deeply healing and insightful; I can offer something even more restorative. Something that places the path to better health back in your hands.
The work.
Using medical astrology, I assess how your mental state manifests physically.
I can see the root cause of what’s holding you back. Of what’s causing your inflammation and anxiety. Why your energy is low. The foods that are most nourishing for you and the ones that aren’t.
Your personal astrology shows the movement practices that will help you reach your health goals and the bodywork modalities that will move/alchemize/release stuck, unwanted energy in your body. The hobbies and spiritual practices that will be most fulfilling. The relationships that are depleting you. The career move that would change your life. Why you feel so disconnected from yourself, how to get back to center, and so. much. more.
When you work with me, we explore the practical, the spiritual, and everything in between. My goal is to interpret your astrological birth chart and distill it down for you so that it’s easily digestible. Then I provide simple, sustainable, approachable solutions to help you feel better and restore your vitality. I would love the opportunity to show you how empowering astrology can be.
